It has been created to help educate, guide and support you to adopt healthy habits to live a more balanced life. It includes tips and information on fitness programs or classes if you are a Gold Coast local, information on common mental health issues/wellbeing, meal plans, relationship and career advice, and information on local or online community events. Why I created My Mvmnt
I am a firm believer in overall health and mvmvnt being the key to prevention of injuries, illnesses and disease and also the key to happiness. Even though it has been engrained in me to live a healthy lifestyle, there’s been times I’ve fallen off the bandwagon and experienced key life events that have made a difference to my thought patterns and habits. These pivotal life events have helped me avoid repeat burnouts/mental breakdowns and have made me continue to adopt a positive and well balanced lifestyle. I am someone who is not only educated in giving health advice, but someone who has experienced things first hand to ensure you receive advice that makes you feel like you are not alone. I pride myself on being authentic, with my main goal to help and support you along your wellness journey.
