The Flat Tummy Program is created by Narelle Hobbs who is a certified pilates instructor and has a Bachelor degree in Human Movement Science. Over the past 8 years she’s been working with hundreds of women, especially women during their Pre and Postnatal periods.
This program is suitable for all fitness levels and especially for beginners.
